Unsaid emotions

He was tired, tired of running away. For the first time he admitted it, although he acknowledged it long ago.
But today he felt need of her, to hear her chirping talks, her laugh, to see her for once. But he never got what he wanted. That's life all about.
Living a life of millionaire is everyone's dream. It was his too. He accomplished his dream but still didn't get that feeling of accomplishment.

She needed him today, very much. She regretted every moment of her life. How could she be so egoistic? How could she not pay attention to that? She looked again at the diary's page that was now totally ink blurred but still highlighting 'Do you remember how much sir loved you?'

Don't know how many times she had read those words, but she never truly discovered the meaning of it till today. How can she be so foolish?? She ignored those eyes filled with emotions, she ignored her heart.
But not anymore, she decided now she would follow her heart. With a determination in her eyes, she stood up and collected the diary.

He was lost into his thoughts when he heard the knock.
May I come in sir? A bewildered Adi asked when he saw his boss completely lost.
Yes, come in! He said in a stern voice.
Sir, We have a meeting with Mr. Raúl Giménez in 10 minutes in conference room.
Is everything ready?
Yes sir! We're just waiting for you.
He nodded his head signalling Adi that he would be there soon.

He closed the book of his memories and gave a glance to the presentation.

Meeting room
I hope you will meet our expectations.
Sure sir, we won't give you any chance of complain. Thanks for confiding in our company.
No problem. We just want the best results in the given time.
Don't worry sir! We really have an efficient team.
Okay then, my secretary will send you all the necessary information and I hope we will hear from you soon.
Yeah sure! But I would like you to visit us sometime.
Sure Mr. Giménez. I will someday. I always wanted to visit Spain.

The meeting was over but he was still lost in his thoughts. Thinking about visiting Spain, meeting her gave him goosebumps. He didn't even know where she stayed or if she was still there. and he was afraid to face her, mostly her questions.

To be continued...
